Personal Strength Training
Improve your flexibility, balance, core strength and movement mechanics, all while improving your overall strength and increasing your muscle mass. Each session is tailored to your specific needs and health situation. Sessions are 30 - 45 minutes.

Running Programs Step one is a filmed gait analysis to ensure proper landing mechanics learn to run correctly and efficiently which is important to the beginner and the advanced runner. Then track workouts are held to learn proper cadence and posture as well as build stamina and speed. Custom plans based on mileage and/or speed goals will be prepared and monitored.

Small Group Training
All the benefits of personal training at a fraction of the cost! Groups of 3 - 6 individuals work together to gain strength, balance and flexibility. Special groups for teen athletes, active adults and those with weight loss goals are available. 60-minute sessions run in a 12-week series.
