A 75-minute hands-on clinic to learn how to use a foam roller for self myofascial release that helps muscles relax and joints move, reduces soft tissue adhesions, and improves posture and spinal awareness. Includes a FREE high quality foam roll. Dates and times posted on Facebook.

Stretching - $40
Have you stretched your piformis lately? Attend this 60-minute hands-on clinic to lengthen you muscles, improve your flexibility and range of motion. Learn how and when you should stretch and the importance of warm-ups and cool-downs. Dates and times posted on Facebook .

Workout Tune-Up - $20 A 30 minute one-on-one session to get ideas on how to change up your workout program, develop something you can do when you travel, add things to improve cardiovascular function, work around an injury, use a TRX™ or Bosu™, or simply how to get started. Since it's one-on-one, you decide what you'd like to learn.
