Bronsa SwintCredentials: a degreed, certified professional
Bronsa Swint is a Certified Strength and Condition Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.  She is also a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and holds an AAS degree in Fitness Training. Bronsa received her Bachelor of Science degree from University of California, Berkeley.

Since her early days watching Jack LaLanne, Bronsa has always been excited about both fitness and nutrition. An avid runner, she ran her first marathon in 1978 and is still going strong, most recently in the 2013 Bellingham Bay Half Marathon. She also coaches cross country and track and field.

Philosophy: train smarter, not harder!
Bronsa believes your body must work efficiently and correctly to reach your fitness potential. She therefore focuses on improving muscle imbalances, flexibility, range of motion, balance and core strengthening to supplement more traditional strength training workouts. The benefits include improved strength, fewer injuries, better performance, and pain-free movement.

Current practice and experience: all ages, all levels, various goals
As a personal trainer, Bronsa works with clients of all ages including those with poor flexibility, sport injuries, muscle imbalances, artificial hips and knees, back pain, asthma and weight issues. She utilizes equipment such as the BOSU, stabilization balls, kettle bells, bands, hand weights, and weighted medicine balls. Bronsa works from The Training Center which is conveniently located and is used exclusively by personal trainers and their clients.
